This form is used to apply for an extraordinary membership1 at the society Delft Aerospace Rocket Engineering. It is required to send a signed (physically or digitally) version of this form to the secretary after submission here.

1.   Declaration:

  1. The undersigned has read, understood and accepted the DARE Charter, the DARE Bylaws, the Safety Regulations and the DARE Code of Conduct, and to follow these rules at all times.
  2. The undersigned agrees that the invitation for a General Members Assembly can be sent to the private email address given above.
  3. The undersigned agrees that his or her personal details will be stored by DARE. Your contact information (Name, E-Mail and Phone Number) will be available to all other DARE members.
  4. The undersigned understands their Extraordinary Membership automatically expires at the end of the TU Delft academic year, except if you notify the secretary that you want to become an Ordinary Member.
  5. The undersigned declares to have filled out this form truthfully.

Incomplete application forms (not fully filled in) will not be accepted. Should the board decline your application, you can appeal to the next General Members Assembly by contacting the Secretary.
You are responsible for informing the secretary of any changes in the personal details above during your time as a member.

Note that as an Extraordinary Member you are not required to apply for the special permission relating to the North Korea Sanctions Order 2017. This means that you are not permitted to work on the Stratos project, or any other subject area covered by the North Korea Sanctions Order 2017. Extraordinary Members are reminded that should they become an Ordinary Member they will be required to obtain this special permission.
For administrative purposes, it is necesssary that also a signed version of this form is handed in to DARE. After submitting the form a printable version of the form will be provided. Alternatively you can generate the printable version without submitting by pressing the print button.
1 Extraordinary members do not have to pay the annual membership fee of 8.75 Euros monthly and they also do not have voting rights on the
General Members Assemblies.
